Wedding Film of Natalya + Brandon, Old Broadwater Farm Busselton

Tell me about the location of the wedding – why did you choose it and what does it mean to you?

We instantly fell in love with the location of Old Broadwater Farm when we saw it. We love being in the southwest (we were engaged at Meelup beach) and wanted somewhere ‘natural’ feeling for the ceremony and reception which we feel we will capture at this venue.

How did you find me? Why did you pick me to capture your wedding day?

Instagram! We like the look of of your photos and videos – the colour and style looks really authentic and ‘natural’ and the couples look really comfortable.

Tell me about yourselves:

We met around 12 years ago when we were both still in school and have been together for almost 10 years by the time of our wedding. We supported each other through uni together, started our first real jobs together and then moved in together. We have two italian greyhounds – Biillie and Leia – who are our world and our weekends revolve around them. We love to snuggle up on the couch with the pups on the weekend when it’s cold or take the dogs out for an adventure when it’s warm. Taking time to relax and unwind is a priority after a busy week at work!

The proposal? …Tell me a little bit about it…

We went to Meelup beach for a picnic with some takeaway coffee and pastries from Dunsborough town. Luckily it was drizzling with rain as we had the pups so no one noticed. It was just the two of us enjoying the peace and quiet when Brandon asked me to grab something from the eski bag and when I turned around he was holding the ring box in front of him. I was so shocked that I couldn’t speak for a good minute – and I hadn’t even seen the ring yet! We were both so emotional and right at that moment the rain came – it was perfect and we wouldn’t change it for a thing.
