Tell me about the location of the wedding – why did you choose it and what does it mean to you?

It’s at Eagle Bay Brewing Co – we loved this location because it was chic, intimate and had this beautiful laid back, farm/beach vibe all in one. Ryan and I have always loved our getaways down south, it’s such a beautiful part of WA. It also reminds me of my childhood on the farm and beach. It also has one of Ryans favourite beer on tap…win win!

How did you find me? Why did you pick me to capture your wedding day?

We googled and your name popped up! We feel like our vibe can be easily adapted into your style of filming. We love that it focuses on the day in a documentary style and captures emotions and moments. You also sound very lovely and are well priced!

Tell me about yourselves … How did you meet? What do you do?..How do you spend your days?..What’s important in life?

It’s so romantic…….we met at a bar/club haha! We have been best friends and more for nearly 8 years and cant imagine it otherwise. We moved to Melbourne about 3 and a half years ago where we’ve been living it up at bar, cafes, restaurants and watching footy. We’ve just moved back to WA recently to get married & settle down a little. We do love our own time together as well, watching TV shows, lying on the couch – you know, the boring but really nice moments. We love dinners, spending time at the beach and being with mates.

The proposal? …Tell me a little bit about it…

Well I’m usually really good at sniffing out a surprise but Ryan got me! I had booked a trip to Byron Bay for his birthday in November and he booked this incredible resort called Elements. He was planning to propose on the first day but the torrential rain held him off for a few days before we went to the beach, with a bag of Stone & Woods, no make up, wet hair, no nail polish (or even eyebrows) done. We watched the sun “set” even though we were facing East, Boy & Bear playing, next minute he’s on one knee. It was just him and I and it was perfect.
